For the past few months now I have changed my eating habbits. I have been eating smaller meals more often, which was hard to get into at first, but Iâ€™m loving it these days.
About my cooking
I love to cook and often re-arrange my favorite recipe and make them my own. As for how I eat, I usually start off the day with a couple whole grain waffles, then make sure I get some dairy, fruit, veggies & protein throughout the day.
